From the beginning, we at Vital Networks have made outstanding customer service our focus. We happen to be wizards with technology, but our priority is making our clients happy.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients. Vital Networks consultants are responsive, consistent, engaged, and personable. Because we assign clients to teams, each client gets to know the consultants responsible for them -- they aren't calling an 800 number, they're calling to speak with Amy, Angelo or Greg.

We are reliable. Vital Networks consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When a client needs us, we are there.

We are fun. Our consultants are hired first for personality, second for knowledge. We believe that you can teach the latest technologies; it's much more difficult to teach someone to have an engaging personality. This important tenet is why we have enjoyed a 99% Client Retention rate since 2005!

And on the rare occasions when we do lose a client, it's for reasons other than our service:

"I am sorry about the change of vendors. We switched only because of my son's close friend. He recently went to (an IT school). It had nothing to do with any dissatisfaction with your service; in fact you guys were truly the best (IT firm) with whom we had contracted in our 21 years in business.
